Payment

• shop.dandlfarmandhome.com accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal.  For store-pickup orders, customers may pay in-store with cash, check (with valid DL), or major credit cards.  Applicable taxes and delivery charges are figured at checkout.

Returns

• D&L Farm and Home appreciates your business and wants to make sure you're happy with your purchase.  If for some reason you are not satisfied we accept returns within 30 days, with proof of purchase,  to any of our North Texas locations.  If we cannot find you a suitable replacement product for exchange a refund will be made to the original form of payment.  Outside of these parameters returns or exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis.   

Shipping/Delivery

• Orders placed on shop.dandlfarmandhome.com can be picked up in one of our North Texas stores (Aubrey, Celina, McKinney, Gainesville or Sanger) or you can use our home delivery service (within our delivery area).  For details on our delivery area please go here.  If you are outside our North Texas service area, we apologize, we are not offering shipping at this time.
